Gotta Love Burpees



The video you just watched gives you an example of a very simple, but also very effective, workout you can do at home.

Once again, here is what you can do:

10 Burpees
Rest 60 Seconds

Repeat 5-9 more times.

This may not sound like much, but it's tougher than you think!
