Yesterday's Training + Random Thoughts

Oops. I forgot to post my training from yesterday.

Here we go.

AM Session:
1) Broad Jump - 6x5

2a) Squat Jump - 4x5
2b) KB Swing - 4x15

3) 1 Arm KB Snatch - 5x5

PM Session:
1) Hang Clean - 95x3x5, 100x2x3, 105x2

2a) Press - 85x3x3, 75x3x6
2b) Chin-ups

As for today I just went for a walk outside.
