Upper Body Deload

So, even though I have a new toy to play with, I still managed to make myself perform my scheduled deload workout.

1) Floor Press - just worked up to 85 x 2 x 5

2a) Pushups - 4x
2b) Inverted Rows - 4x

Quick and simple.

It's been a very busy day for me so far, and I'm still not done.
