Upper Body Training & Diet Confusion

First, today's training session.

1) Floor Press - worked up to 105 x 7

2a) DB Bench - 4 x 10
2b) DB Row - 4 x 10

3a) DB Extensions - 3 x 11
3b) DB Hammer Curl - 3 x 11

The entire workout took about 40 minutes.
